Whether starting with an empty site, or working with existing facilities, Horvath Associates, PA provides quality and cost effective designs in all phases of the infrastructure design process. This includes water and sanitary sewer systems, roadways, site grading, erosion control, and storm drainage design including stormwater management with pond and dam design. Our designs are based on a thorough understanding of the site attributes as well as the client’s needs. Once designs are complete, we are able to coordinate reviews of each plan through the appropriate local, state, and federal agencies.

Horvath Associates, PA provides site investigations for all of our prospective projects. We also research the zoning to find out the allowances and limitations of the site. We inspect the general conditions of each site, including parking lot areas, utilities, and structures. If needed, we retain consultants to perform detailed inspections and testing. These inspections and tests may include soil testing, stream and wetlands appraisals, and others necessary for the timely completion of the project.
